MACE Wheaton Hall Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary with special guest Johnny Sexton

Local Louth store, MACE Wheaton Hall, hit a huge 10-year milestone anniversary this year. To celebrate, retailer Jewel Akber invited the whole community to their Anniversary Celebration event on Friday May 23rd.
Store owner Jewel runs 10 MACE stores in the East of the country and said, “Wheaton Hall was my first store to open way back in 2015 marking the 10th anniversary this year and my 10th year in the business, so it has a special place in my heart. I would like to thank our customers for their tremendous support throughout the years and since renovating this location.”
There was plenty of activity and entertainment on the day with iRadio broadcasting live from the store from, face painting, balloon modelling, kids play areas, food and wine tastings throughout and lots of great goodies from suppliers like Mr Tayto, Lindt and Monster. Funds were raised for Debra, MACE’s charity partners, from the sale of €1 ice creams and coffee deals donated on the day.
But that was not all, there was a very special guest appearance from Irish Rugby legend JOHNNY SEXTON who joined the festivities for a meet and greet with customers. Johnny spent time taking photos and signing merchandise with some very happy fans.
MACE’s charity partner Debra, the Butterfly Skin Charity, were also in attendance as Retailer Jewel Akber presented a cheque to the charity on the day for €4,000, which was raised from his collective 10 MACE stores over the past few months through various fundraising events.
